Support Group for New Mothers
Six one-hour sessions on Monday afternoons.
This group will provide a nurturing and safe environment in which new mothers can discuss
the new struggles that they face and the effects of parenthood.
There is a
fee, sliding scale but reimbursable by most insurance.

SKIP (6 - 36 months) The purpose of these classes is to acquaint the child with
the water environment and to guide parents in working with their child in the pool. Enjoy
the fun and thrill of being in the water, watching your child make new discoveries about him
or her self. A parent must accompany their child in the water.

American Red Cross of Tompkins County LaLeche League of Ithaca Kindermusik of Ithaca Kindermusik is a creative music and movement experience for children birth to 7 years.
Focus is on process and the experience, not performance. Singing, movement and lots of hands-on

Babies, Books and Bounce Time is for children from 0 to 15 months.
The program will include songs, stories, lap-jogs, games and other age appropriate activities.
No pre-registration is necessary. Meet in the Thaler-Howell Youth Services Department.

Tot Spot is a "stay and play" place for children (and their grown-ups)
with a wide assortment of climbing and riding toys and much more! Children and adults can
gather and play in the Ithaca Youth Bureau's colorful and spacious gym during the grayest
winter months.
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. and SUNDAYS from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
TOT SPOT will re-open in mid-October and run through April.
For children ages 5 months - 5 years, and Grown-Ups of any age!
